At Yuedari, we work to ensure your specialty coffee arrives in perfect condition and at its peak freshness.
Order Preparation
All our coffees are carefully roasted in Spain and prepared to order to guarantee maximum quality.
Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next business day.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping notification with the corresponding tracking information.
Domestic Shipping (Spain)
Estimated delivery time: 24–72 business hours from dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
Free shipping on orders over [minimum amount, if applicable].
International Shipping
We ship to selected European countries.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Shipping costs and any customs fees will be communicated before completing the purchase.
Any duties or taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
For shipments outside the indicated zones, you can contact us directly.
Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you notice any issues:

Contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Attach photos of the package and the product.

Provide your order number.
Our team will review the case and offer a solution as soon as possible.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping information is correct.
In case of an error in the provided address, any additional reshipping costs may be borne by the customer.

Returns & Exchange Policy
At Yuedari, we work with specialty coffee, a delicate and perishable food product, roasted in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. For this reason, our returns and exchange policy aligns with current regulations and the nature of the product.
Food Products
According to European e-commerce legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or items that can deteriorate quickly, such as coffee.
For this reason:

Returns are not accepted for opened products.

Returns are not accepted for products whose packaging has been tampered with or unsealed.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Provide your order number.

Attach photos of the product and packaging.
After reviewing the case, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement of the product at no additional cost.

Full or partial refund of the amount paid.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been roasted or shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via our email.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
If a return or issue is approved:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The timeframe may vary depending on the bank (usually between 3 and 10 business days).
