Yuedari was born among the coffee plantations of Fundochamba, in Ecuador, and connects the origin directly with our roaster in Tobarra. We cultivate high-altitude specialty coffee, working alongside small producers and processing it carefully to preserve its identity, quality, and character.
We roast each batch artisanally in Spain, adapting the profile to its process and origin. We commit to a direct and fair model, where the coffee grower receives a fair compensation and the consumer enjoys fresh, balanced coffee full of nuances.
